2007 proved to be another highly successful time for Hurstwood, helping to consolidate our position as one of the North West’s leading independent property developers and investors.

The company has become almost unrecognisable from the Rossendale based residential developer of 30 years ago. These days the group consists of 20 companies with gross assets of over £200 million... and whilst still based in Rossendale, Hurstwood now operates nationwide and has regional offices in the North and Midlands.

Our property portfolio can be found in over 125 locations from as far North as Lancaster, to the Midlands and Wales. Hurstwood currently services over 600 customers occupying office suites, industrial estates, retail developments, leisure and medical facilities. And the group continues to expand its investment portfolio.

2008 promises to be as successful as ever; a £50m facelift for The Weavers Triangle in Burnley and the commencement of £60m+ regeneration programme for Rawtenstall are just two of the many £multi-million projects ongoing.

Hurstwood Land is now in its second year, bringing large brownfield sites to the marketplace by managing the decontamination and planning risks. The new Hurstwood Living housing division, set up to bring the company's reputaion for quality design and build to a wider audience already has 5 housing schemes up and running in locations including Lancashire, Yorkshire and Wales.

And 2008 will see more new additions to the group, starting with exciting new leisure ventures Hurstwood Fitness Centres and Brookes Health and Leisure Centres Ltd.
